No 100 Marks would not be sufficient to get Into IITs. Even for IIT Guwahati, you need at least 140 Marks. For IIT Bombay it goes above slightly, so around 160 will be enough to land up to IIT Bombay. With the smaller score, you will still get college but Not IITs, as there are only Two IITs which offers Programmes in Design.
