We understand your concerns. However, your seat filling list depends upon your preferences only. So, the counseling rounds of TS EAMCET take place in such a way that the more preferred college and their branch is alloted to the candidate . So, you are alloted only those colleges in the next rounds which are above than your 1st round allotments. If you are alloted a different institute in the 2nd round than the 1st round, then the 1st round seat is no more valid. Thus, only your latest alloted round seat remains valid.
