Yed definately if you get passed in supplementry exam and if the JEE score is of the same year then you can get admission on your JEE Mains score.
Just make sure you pass the eligibility criteria of JEE Mains which is that you must obtain a minimum of 75% marks (65% for SC/ST category) or be in the top 20 percentile in class 12 or equivalent.
