Attained 17 years on 31st December of appearing year.

Passed 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects.

PCB Aggregate inclusive of theory and practical needs to be achieved against one's respective category:

UR-50%

SC/ST/OBC:40%

PWD:45%

Coming to your question, your OCB Aggregate comes up to 44%, for OBC Category there's requirement of 40%,hence you are eligible to appear for NEET.

For obc candiate, to be eligible for NEET 2021 need to have atleast 40% aggregate in pcb from recognized board or university. In your case you have 132 which is 44% , more than 40% aggregate in pcb from recognized board or university. So yes you are eligible for NEET 2021.
