For admission in Punjab University, Chandigarh in BA LLB a candidate must have passed 10+2 in any stream from a recognised board or university.

For admission in B.Com (//B.Com) LLB a candidate must have passed 10+2 with commerce with atleast 50% (for general candidates) and 45% (SC/ST) from a recognised board or university.

So, even if there are seats available you cannot get admission in B.Com (//B.Com) LLB as you have not fulfilled the eligibility criteria.
