Yes you can get a job in coding without a degree if you know coding well. Many companies only care about skill not your degree.  All you need is

* Good Coding skill

* Build real Projects

* Create a Portfolio in GitHub

* Practice for Interviews

* Basic computer fundamentals

Being an Non-engineering candidate also you can have a good career if you know coding but without any degree it can be a concern. For example, many companies releases notification for the job opening but they often gives notification for the Graduate students in any discipline.
