The subject wise total number of question in WBJEE is

• Physics - 40 questions
• Chemistry - 40 questions
• Mathematics - 75 questions

In chemistry 30 Questions is asked in Category 1and 5 Questions each in Category 2 and 3.  In category 1  each correct answer will be awarded one mark and in category 2 for every correct response, two marks will be given by the candidates. The total marks allotted in Chemistry is 50. In WBJEE organic chemistry chapter has 6% weightage. So, apart from organic chemistry you can get around 32-35 questions from other chapters.

There are 40 questions from chemistry in wbjee including all the categories. There are 30 questions in category 1, 5 questions in category 2 ajd 5 questions in category 3. There are almost 6% questions from organic chemistry. If you leave organic chemistry completely then you can only do 32-35 questions. Also it could happen that you are not able to solve all the other questions. So you can figure out that according to your capacity.
