Hello,

I would like to bring this to your notice that if you have been allotted a seat in the first or second round of councelling ,and you drop that then in no circumstances you are eligible for the mop up round.

Mop up round is for those candidates who do not get any seat in the first and the second round of councelling.

Hope this helps

Good luck
