Hello,

When you get admitted in the college, your original certificates will be submitted to them. You will be getting them back in the end of your course. When you want to quit the course in between and join any other college, you will be needing the original certificates. To get the original certificates from the college you are quitting, the demands you to pay the entire fee of the course.
