Many students ruined their 12th too while some acheived very good marks , based on your preparation level ,your hardwork ,your class 12th marks will be decided . So don't worry , you can manage easily ,your class 12th marks won't be affected ,don't take stress and don't fear ,just do hardwork ,manage accordingly neet and 12th like others ,you will definitely do best in both
