You have to pass class 11th so as to be eligible for appearing in NEET entrance exam.
You need to have full concentration on studies in order to crack NEET as clearing this exam needs practice.Try to start from Basics and then solve previous year's questions.

Hello,
No, you can never appear in NEET or any entrance exam without studying class 11.You will have to pass 11th and 12th with pcb as compulsory subject to appear in neet exam.
