You can opt for pcmb in ur state board and still be able to get through neet. 

One thing to know abt neet is that the preparation method is different than board prep. Although the portions remains same however the approach tends to change.

You need to be able to manage both simultaneously.

Its nothing lik opting for state boards would make it difficult for you to crack neet. I have seen some friends frok state board crack neet with quite good marks. 

It all comes down to you. How you manage your time and schedule.

Try to stay updated with your books and theory parts and in addition to that solve mcqs.
