Hope you are doing well.You haven't mentioned in which college you want to get admitted. If you want to take admission in NITs, IIITs, IITs, or other Central Government funded Technical University then you have to register for JOSAA Councelling. If you want to get admission into State government colleges than you have to apply for State Level councelling. If you want to take admission in some private colleges, then you have to apply to the councelling of the that particular college.
