Hello Candidate,

It's not possible that you can buy a seat at any government college such as BAMS or any other Institute.

You have to qualify the neet entrance examination and their apply for the counselling rounds, if you want to secure a seat at BAMS college in India. The cost of your course will depend on the course in which you get selected.
