Hi Injamamul,

I think you are talking about withdrawing after first round and applying fresh in the 3rd round of the counselling so if you do so you'll be taken as a fresh candidate and will have to follow the procedure like one, so you willl have to go through Document verification again. if you choose float and move on without withdrawing then you don't have to. I hope it helps
