If you are implying to number of attempts NEET allows then no need to worry they have removed that restriction and as for the upper age limit criteria it is said that the decision is still pending. But IF in case they do set a upper limit criteria it will be one year less if you don't appear for NEET this time.

Attempt it if you can its good for you.
