Hello Anil,
Unless you have home quota for NIT Warangal, it is difficult for you to get a lot of streams at 13k CRL.
According to last years cutoff ranks off the special round, you can get streams such as biotechnology if you are from outside state. However it will be difficult for you to get any other stream as far as the records of last year.
