I hope you will get a good college. The rank scored by you is pretty good. Look every college has 3- 4 round of counselling and usually 20000 applicants are called for the first round of counseling.Now what you need to do is to wait and ask question on how many students they are calling for first counseling.Although you can find this on college website.
Further I would recommend you to keep your option clear, and keep searching for better colleges, because currently no colleges has started their counselling, so you have pretty much time to find a better one.
