I think You have to go For BCA..Look BCA & CSE have Mostly same Curriculam..I ll suggest You to Go For BCA because Your score is too low to get in to Good CSE college...
Along With BCA you can Do Lots of extra certified Courses to Built your profile..
As per my Analysis The Company will not Discrimnent between BCA & CSE..They Allowed Both In the interview..
