You haven't mentioned the name of college, in case there is facillity for application form correction, and the dates aren't closed, you can go for it, else you have to reach out to the official of the college regarding this issue as they will be able to guide you better on this matter, generally after submission of application form you cannot edit details unless as I said there is provision for editing the details.
