Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as General or Open category.

As we go through the latest cut-offs of JEE-Main 2021 of JOSAA 6th round then it shows that the closing CRL rank was 9358 for Electronics and Communication Engineering in IIIT Allahabad for Open category or General category.

Now to secure such rank you should have your JEE-Main 2022 score at least 185+ marks out of 300 and percentile against this is expected to be in the range of 99-99.6.
