A comparison between two different two different branch does not make any sense. But as you asked the question so I have to answer.

As the question comes to best career option so I must go for Dr SS bhatnagar institute. As the whole university is dedicated to a single branch. And have expertise to a greater extent.

On the other hand , IIIT bhagalpur has excelled in IT i.e Information Technology.

The choice between eletronics and chemical depend on your interest but personally I wi recommend to take chemical from Dr SS bhatnagar college  the average package was 6.4lpa .
IIIT bhagalpur is a new college the first batch will passout on 2021.
The choice depends in you.

As you know that Electronics branch is better than chemical branch and iiit bhagalpur is also better than Dr ss bhatnagar. So in my view you have to go for for iiit bhagalpur with electronics branch.

This answer is based on my view you can go their where you want and take the branch in which you are interested.
