Some specific branches like metallurgy in some old IITs has eyesight requirements. Rest all have no issue regarding eyesight.
You have to submit some medical reports at the time of admission. They will even reverify your reports by doing an eye checkup in IITs.

It doesn't depends on your eye sight .
There are many students in IIT who have eye problem .
