Previously jee paper comes in both languages but now after implementation of new rule it's became your choice only.
During filling application form of jee advance you will see a column where you have to fill language of paper.
If you fill Hindi here then you will hindi paper of jee advance at centre whereas if you fill english then you will get paper in english.

IIT JEE Advanced Paper comes in both English and Hindi languages . You can select anyone one them,I would recommend you to choose the one in which you are more comfortable in .I hope that I was able to clear your doubts .
