To get admission in IITs/NITs/IIITs a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized board or University.Candidates belonging to general category must have passed with atleast 75% aggregate and SC/ST  category candidates with atleast 65% aggregate.

You need to qualify JEE main and appear in JEE advanced and qualify to be eligible to get admission in IITs.
