To become a clinical psychologist, you will have to take  PhD in the same.You can either start your own practice or work in a good hospital along with a psychiatrist.Usually the group in 11th and 12th will not matter when it comes to graduation in psychology. This is because ,at the graduation level you will be studying psychology from the very basic. All you need in an interest and passion for the subject. But some universities may prefer science students with biology in 11th and 12th for admission to BSc Psychology. But if your school offers science or humanities group with psychology subject option , then choose that.
