The syllabus is almost same for both NEET and board exam, but what makes difference between both of them is the level of questions, while in board exams questions are simply straight forward but when you appear for NEET exam the questions will be little bit complicated and requires high analytical skills and complete knowledge of the concept to be able to solve the problem correctly.

Physics and Chemistry you need to practice more and more problems if you just considering the state board syllabus but remember to solve all the previous years NEER questions and for Biology you need to focus on NCERT very well and read line by line twice thrice tell you remember all of NCERT.
