Yes you are eligible if you have bio as your main subject. It depends which subject you have chosen for main paper and which for optional.

According to the official notification which was released on 08th February 2018, CBSE has stricly mentioned that those who have Biology as an optional subject in PCMB, are not eligible for the NEET examination.

If you have opted biology as an optional paper, then I am sorry to say that you aren't eligible.

Only 50% aggregate in PCM is required for exam.
Seems like you have scored that much.

If you had biology as the main subject and if you scored above 50% in 12th boards, the you would be eligible.
