This won't be enough to get a government seat in MBBS. The cutoff in 2017 was 412 for SC category in HP. We know that cutoffs generally remain more or less the same, so you don't seem to be getting MBBS seat. However, you can try for AYUSH seats or Bvsc. Getting BDS also would be almost impossible at this score. Or you can also apply for private colleges.

Hello,
According to your marks, chances are less of admission to government medical colleges under state quota and AIQ. You can try for admission to private colleges and Deeemed Universities.
