You are a B.Com graduate with no work experience so far. Seeing the description, I believe you have had a huge gap since graduation till now. I am not sure how you are going to cover up for the gap. I am sure you have a story of what you did all these years - some part time, preparation for some other exams, some startup or maybe some distance course. If these are the cases, I think you are doing good right now. You can now take a step ahead and prepare for MBA Entrance exams and you shall have a good scope at the top B Schools.

If not, I suggest you to write some Govertment Bank Exams or entarnce exams for PSU's. Even that is very tough and requires a lot of effort and dedication.

Since you have not mentioned which year you completed your graduation it's really hard to answer that question.
But I would suggest you to prepare for CAT , SNAP, NMAT, XAT ,MAT and other entrance exams.
As these preparations takes time and a lot of hard work you should definitely seek some expert guidance.
At this time you can apply for jobs and internships as well. There are plenty of government jobs available for graduates and there are private jobs available as well.
