Since you are interested to go in the Indian Navy there will be three option for you :

• Either you go with the option NDA / NA through which you can be permanent commisioned officer in the Indian Navy
• Secondly you go with the option OTA which will recruit the candidate's via UPSC in the age limit of 21 - 23 after the completion of your UG degree.
• Thirdly in some good government / private institutions there will be an direct recruitments in the Indian Navy via Campus placement of the college or if you are interested to join the brother of Indian Navy i.e Merchant Navy that also you can join after the completion of your UG course.

After Class 12th also there are certain colleges of Government which offer the Marine engineering to the students I think it is better way to enter into the Indian Navy.
