• Payment of rupees 1500( registration fee, annual fee and examination fee) in the favour of "THE INDIAN ASSOCIATION OF PHYSIOTHERAPISTS" payable at Indore.
• You need to attach Documents such as DEGREE CERTIFICATE/ PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATE.
• COURSE COMPLETION CERTIFICATE.
• Internship certificate.
