Don't worry relax. In school days we just used to study basic biology which almost everyone is awere of in someway or the other. There nothing like have to prepare in advance.

But as your are going for neuroscience I believe it's clear from the name that you should go for studying the brain related structure, functions. Make yourself clear about the anatomy as well as physiology of your brain. Try the habit of understanding the concepts.

They will amke you learn from the scratch. Don't worry about that.
