Im a b.tech mechatronics student,thinking of m.tech automation and robotics.good idea?if yes where ?

Yes, it is a good idea and if you are interested in this field you should definitely go for it as this generation is heading towards automation.

The basic criteria to get selected are

1. A minimum aggregate score of 55% at the level of graduation in B.E./ B. Tech. or equivalent subject in a relevant discipline, completed from a recognized institute. (For IITs and UPES, the minimum percentage required is 60% at the level of graduation).

2. You have to give the main entrance exam held in India for admission to the course i.e GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering)

5. Manipal Institute of Technology
