Candidates from  J & K are only eligible for their state Govt colleges not for others but they can freely apply in private ones so you are also eligible for CMC Vellore but till now case is still going on in Supreme Court to determine whether CMC can have its own admission process with interview and all after NEET marks or not so only after case verdict the exact process will be out.
