Hello,

You have done MTech once. You can't do PG again. in other ways, GATE exam is given once , the one in which you qualifies and use it for admission into college.

You don't have to give GATE exam again. In any ways, you can appear GATE but can't get admission into ME/ MTech CSE as your UG branch and PG branch differs and you have done ME already.
