Dear student,

For admission in Top Government Medical College  you need to be score the good marks. Unless you belong to a OBC  category.  Generally admission is based on all India rank obtain in neet Examination for others state  Government Medical College . But in home state quota there is chance to get advantage of OBC- category.

So, this time don't focus  on reservation benefits, just focus on your preparation: nothing else. I like you confidence. Yes, you can get  485 marks or more than that. if you are doing preparation properly also practice on old years question papers.

Yes, 485 marks is good marks, you may  get admission in good  Government Medical College.
