currently the case related to age limit in neet is subudice and veridct is awaited on it by honorable supreme court.

now coming to your question, assuming that if from 2023 there is a maximum limit of attempting neet thrice then yes your attempt of 2022 should probably be counted though there is no certainity regarding the criteria.
