Sohan, if you are from West Benhal, you can appear for WBJEE which is the State Level Entrance examination for admission to B.Tech colleges in West Bengal. The seats that you can get allotted completely depend on your score in WBJEE. You haven't mentioned whether you have applied for WBJEE or not. But for seats in the best colleges in CSE, you should score atleat 85 percentile in JEE or WBJEE.
