If you have studied with Physics Chemistry , Biology/biotechnology  and English  in your class 12th as core subject then you should use code -02 in the application form of NEET.

You didn't mention whether you have studied Biology in your 10+2 or not as you are doing engineering now.

But you are eligible for neet examination only if you had biology in your 10+2 and you have an aggregate of 50 percent in pcb in your 12th examination if you belong to general category or 40 % aggregate in pcb if you belong to obc, sc or st category. If you satisy this criteria then Sachinsurya, you need to choose the code 02 dear. This is because the code 02 is for those who have qualified 10+2 in the year 2019 or before with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as subjects.

Since you are not doing a course which have PCB as subjects your code will be 02 if you have passed 12th from a recognised board with PCB and english. Also, Candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2020.
