i am final year b.tech student & i have PCMB in +2 from CBSE 2015 , which code should I opt to appear neet 2020 ??? & which CLC will i submit at the time of admission engineering or +2 ?????

You will have to submit 12th marksheets only, because that is the qualification required for NEET exam. But for gap you can submit your BTech degree, and if it is asked you can submit that, but mainly your 12th marksheet with Physics, chemistry and biology subject is needed.
