I am a final year engineering student &I have PCMB in +2.I opted code-2 for neet ug -2020,during admission Which CLC Should I submit +2 or ENGINEERING???

You will have to submit 12th marksheets only, because that is the qualification required for NEET exam. But for gap you can submit your BTech degree, and if it is asked you can submit that, but mainly your 12th marksheet with Physics, chemistry and biology subject is needed.
