No, never, You cannot apply through general quota if you truly belong to NRI Quota. You will be simply disqualified under general quota. also, you have to be still qualified in NEET ug exam. Whatever, marks you secure you still be under NRI Quota fees structure. No can't. If you fill by general general cetegory then you will be disqualified at counselling time..
