Yes you can choose SC if you belong to OEC-SC in NEET application form but only after checking if your community comes under the list of OECs in Kerala(as the OECs are divided into two categories in Kerela, i.e OEC-SC and OEC-ST).

Go through the link below and find if the name of your community comes under OEC-SC:-

If you find the name of your community listed in the OECs, then you can fill your category as SC in NEET Application form.
