As you know NATA stands for National Aptitude Test in Architecture,which is conducted by National Institute of Advanced Studies in Architecture which is a body of Council of Architecture, New Delhi in India.
You can prepare for the examination on our own without any problem just make sure that you study smart and practice a lot for the drawing and the other reasoning based questions, also make sure that you concentrate on the syllabus specified by the board on which the examination will be conducted this year.
To qualify the examination you should have a minimum of 25% in both MCQ based questions and Drawing portions.The total marks of the examination is 200.It is always better to aim big and prepare accordingly so that you will not face any problem in choosing a college you would like to join and complete your course in.

To secure a seat in a government college, you need to score somewhere around 150-160. Your board score also plays a major role here since 50% weightage is assigned to the same. Use RS Agarwal for aptitude and NCERT for maths. Also, there are many youtube videos that give the strategy for preparation. Apart from that do make it a point to go through the last 10-15 years paper.
