You haven't mentioned in which discipline you have completed your graduation and there is no minimum aggregate requirement.If you have done your Engineering in you bachelor's degree level then you are eligible to go for Indian naval academy and Air force academy provided that you have done your 10+2 with Mathematics and physics from a recognised board or university. If you have done your bachelor's degree in any other discipline you are eligible to go for officers training academy and Indian military academy.

Eligibility criteria for CDS is defined by UPSC and it has nothing to do with the percentage,you have to go through medical tests and also entrance test if you pass the entrance test and clear the entrance test you will get a job according to your choice and selection.
