If you are really interested in Computer programming,iOS/Android Development,Big DATA,SAP you can opt for this course but you need to have background knowledge of Computer Architecture atleast. Otherwise it will be difficult to understand technical terms in CS. Statistics,Matha and Financial Management are exta subjects in MCA while you need to focus on subjects like C programming,Operating System,Data structures,Networking etc.

Both courses are diffrrent as MBA deals in management and MCA is for IT sector. So you need to think according to your interest and preference, then decide what to pursue. Oppurtunities are same for both the course and all depends upon your interest.
