If you have a Bachelors degree from a recognized college you can surely apply for Msc in Psychology.

If you feel like the subjects are totally different from one another then you can do some additional courses related to Psychology and then do the Masters in same

You are not bound to do MSc only in your graduated field ,you can apply for any course matching your interests
