To become LIC agent one need to be completed 18 years and education wise must be completed 12th for urban areas and 10th for rural areas. Since you passed 12th ans 18 years old, you can work as LIC agent. However you need to complete 25 hours mandatory training conducted by IRDAI and need to pass one examination based on that training.
