If you are talking about your Undergraduation final year examinations results that have not been declared yet, then you can still apply to the college or university of your choice. While filling up the form if there is an option to click on 'Appeared' in the UG result section then you can choose that, if not then you can add up the total of whatever marks you have got till now ta SRTMUN and upload it.
