Are you asking about COMEDK UGET ? Yes, students from any state/central board are eligible to apply for admission to BTech through COMEDK. However there are the usual reservation for SC, ST OBC and also students of Hyderabad-Karnataka region.

Please read page nos. 6-7 to understand the eligibility and reservation criteria
